What is a Complete Property Cleanup / Yard Reset?
It’s an outside-first curb appeal reset—overgrowth cleared back, piles/brush/debris hauled off, bushes/hedges trimmed,
and Weed Removal & Cleanup included in the approved scope for a clean, finished look.
If needed, the plan can also include interior junk, furniture, and clutter removal for move-outs, estate cleanouts, and turnovers.
Final scope and finish level are confirmed on-site.
What can be included in the outside yard cleanup?
Common inclusions (approved scope) are overgrowth clearing, brush/debris removal and haul-off, bush/hedge trimming, and Weed Removal & Cleanup. The exact plan is confirmed on-site.
Can a cleanup include interior junk, furniture, and clutter removal?
Yes. Interior cleanouts can be added for move-outs, estate cleanouts, garage/shed cleanouts, and turnovers.
Curbside/driveway/garage-door staged items can often be priced from photos. Inside-the-home, backyard, stairs, long carries, or heavy/dense items require a free on-site estimate before a quote (labor + time + access).
Do you remove old appliances?
Many appliances can be removed as part of a cleanup plan. Fridges/freezers are not accepted unless freon is professionally evacuated and the unit is tagged. Final acceptance and pricing are confirmed on-site.
Can Tree Trimming/Pruning or Tree Removal be included in a cleanup?
Yes. If it supports the cleanup goals, Tree Trimming/Pruning or Tree Removal can be included as part of the approved plan. Final scope is confirmed on-site.
Can stump grinding be added to a property cleanup?
Yes. Stump grinding can be added when it supports the overall cleanup plan. The on-site visit confirms access and scope.
Can you give a ballpark estimate from photos?
Sometimes. Clear photos can help with a ballpark range, but final pricing is confirmed on-site because access, volume, weight, and finish level vary—especially for interior work, backyards, stairs, or long carries.
Do quotes include haul-off and dump fees?
Yes. Quotes include standard disposal/dump fees for the work you approved, and every job ends with a meticulous cleanup.
Do you haul very heavy debris like dirt, rock, block, or construction debris?
Some can be handled, but heavy debris (dirt/rock/block) requires a heavy-material rate. Some remodeling/construction debris may require different handling or a separate load. Final scope/pricing is confirmed on-site.
What items are not accepted for hauling?
Not accepted: tires; fridges/freezers unless freon is professionally evacuated and the unit is tagged; hazardous materials (including paint/paint-related materials, solvents/chemicals, pesticides and pool chemicals); gasoline and automotive fluids; biomedical/infectious waste; friable asbestos.
